Green Appraisals

Our Green Energy team is led by Robbi Currey nationally recognized energy efficiency expert. Robbi’s credentials include being a certified residential/accredited green appraiser, a certified sustainable builder consultant,  a published CE continuing education author and a contributor to the advisory opinion knowledge base of The National Appraisal Foundation.  Her boots on the ground Green Appraisal experience is invaluable in making sure our appraisers are properly versed in all appraisal techniques to accurately value both new construction and resale homes. We are excited to extend Robbi’s expertise to our lender underwriting partners to also understand these appraisal techniques and create the most transparent valuation experience possible. 

There is a renewed focus in the builder space on the proper valuation of energy efficient, high performance and “net zero” homes. We are actively looking for appraisers looking to expand their knowledge base and take these assignments! Inquire below.
